Who were you banned by (please give whole name): Minkey
Reason you were banned: I upset many members of mR, I had caused a lot of trouble and unease in the community. Many events had built on top of each other leading to the moment where I had been permanently banned. I also angered a lot of people in the community and there needed to be a stop to it.

Reason you think you should be unbanned: I want to be a regular at the community again. I will show that I learned my lesson and I will make sure that if I am unbanned, the community will not regret it.
Evidence that proves you are not guilty (we will decide if it is allowed): I am guilty. I did wrong and I want to come back to be a regular at the community again. I realized my mistakes and I've learned my lesson. If I am offered a trial or a "probation", I will show the correction of my previous errors and ways.
Witnesses to the banning: Apclear, Towelie, Shadow, Blaze, Minkey, Phoenix, Tron, Babeboom, Mike, Piluso, (Others I cannot recall)

Comments/questions/concerns: I want to apologize here to anyone I offended, I'm very sorry I acted the way I did. You all are older than me and deserve more respect. I was extremely and utterly arrogant, disrespectful, and most of all, belligerent. I am sorry and I hope you all accept my apology.

I'm going to go with a no on this, I would say yes because while it is really well written i can't get past the fact that EVERYONE and by everyone i mean EVERY person that ever joined teamspeak in the time you spent with mR tried to extend a hand and help you and/or tried to give you advice AND/OR fought for you on a daily basis. I honestly do not believe that 1 1/2 months of being banned for all the shit you pulled and started is enough time to think it over. Really well written though.

Thanks for your reply, I understand and I can't put it any other way than that I was wrong, I had upset alot of people and I honestly just want to be back and show everyone I've changed. The final decision of this appeal doesn't involve my opinion so it's up to the administrators and the community. Thank you for your input.

For all the shit you started and all the people that honestly tried to help who you never listened to. That you were banned over the course of a week long discussion/vote. I would love to keep it a permanent ban, however in order to be fair you should be allowed to make an appeal at some point.
Also we had that lovely, and brief, episode where you signed on through a different TS ID, and proceeded to attempt to start shit for the minute and a half before Tron beat me to the ban. Yes I do remember that and it shows a good example of your lack of maturity.
Come back in 2014.

I got to go with a no on this one. Josef, we have constantly told you many times what you have done wrong. However, you have never attempted to listen to our advice and follow it. I tried being polite and nice to you on TeamSpeak and over Steam Friends. You kept insulting me, then when you apologized I forgave you. You have broken your apologies by doing the same thing over and over again. You even spoke to several of us on Steam Friends insulting our admins. I have seen you insult all of us at various times during your stay here. We tried being polite, nice, giving advice, and trying to make you not do this. When you were wrong at something and we pointed it out, you started yelling at us. This led to your ban after all of the torment we have endured over the time you have spent here. I do not believe you should be unbanned.

If you have an actual point to make, OK, make it. This is not a vote however, and I do not want to see a barrage of one line "unban plz" responses or "hilarious" memes.

This is the reason for my ban appeal. I did wrong and I want to prove to you I have learned my lesson. Give me a week, or a trial period as I said and I promise to you, you'll see a difference. Everyone reading this take this into consideration before you reply, I will even go as far as trying to prove it, that the 1st thing any of you find I had said or implied as offensive, will violate my probation and my ban appeal will be a final no. How does this proposal sound?

Absolutely no. You have only been gone for around 1 1/2 months, and in that time there is no way you will be any different than the way you were. The community has repeatably tried to help you and give you advice but you never seem change in the slightest.
Everyone should be able to make a ban appeal and yours is well written, but your lack of maturity on TS is not good for mR's image, but more importantly new members that join us on TS.
This is not a vote as it is up to the administrators, but as a voice in the community, I absolutely do not think you should be unbanned.
