It's not that you used the TNT in the Nether, it's that you actually used TNT when you knew it was against the rules, along with bedrock and invisibility potions.

You were told to quit fucking about with creative, you didn't. The rules haven't changed, and you're frankly lucky that we didn't remove your creative powers straight away. If you would like to continue arguing and trying to get the last word you might well talk yourself into a worse position.
