Everything excpet /j was taken away for ops and regs. Ops can use /j, and that's it :P

I can't remember where I saw it, but someone asked if we could possibly make this is a snapshot server for the time being. I kinda like that idea, a new map letting us test the new biomes and whether or not we should make it large or default. It would be very temporary, so we wouldn't really have to worry about plugins. just a taste tester of a large biome map vs small (smp, ofc)
