Reason you think you should be unbanned: My friend, BoomboxerShaddow, found out the password to my Minecraft account (watched me type my password) and after he was banned from the server he went on my account and told everyone it was him on my account. This was a long time ago.
Evidence that proves you are not guilty (we will decide if it is allowed): He admitted it to everyone and I had no idea he was going to go on my account.

Comments/questions/concerns: I hope you will consider getting me unbanned and if I do will be respectful to the server and everyone on it.

As far as I know the ban on Boom had ended and he was pardoned, so why he chooses to go onto the accounts of other players (Assuming you are telling the truth there).

Also I'm pretty sure Ban evasion only takes into account when the person on your account is banned.

I think Dan may have hurp durped and forgot Boom was unbanned, or Boom is banned again for a reason I am currently unaware of.

Problem is I wasn't unbanned because no one ever remembers the victim. Ask Boom or his other account (FrozenShaddow) that he made because he was banned and I was banned because of him.

I honestly dont remember banning anyone for ban evasion. I may have been on the server, but are you sure it was me?

When I try to get on to the server it only says I was banned for ban evasion. I didn't experience first hand the banning, but Boom did because he was on my account. He was at my house today and helped me with the ban appeal and he said it was you. The problem is this happened a long time ago and I only got to writing the appeal today because I didn't know how to do it so I needed his help.

ya, wasnt me then, I always put ~Diggity_Dan after my bans.

Could you help me get unbanned though? I only got to play on the server once before I was banned and I really want to play on it.
