Nukes should not be on. A: We don't have any way of determining radiation life spans, since we have no way of determining half-life's of any substance, B: That's a really wimpish way out and C: That's too much destruction not to be considered basic grief.

I'm pretty sure we agreed that nuking a city constitutes not being able to go there for a long time but no grief. Also I don't think anyone will ever fire one, just use them as a threat.
Also, what's the story with this 30 years war - esque war on my H.R.E - esque country? I'm not even in the War rp, and the ROS still exists with just Seborga, which is how it should remain, seeing as it's the republic of. If you want the "old style", try diplomacy and actually, you know, talk to me about it. I'm more than willing to listen.

Didn't you say it was a puppet state?
Yes. But if that's your reason, then counter - consider the fact that when me and nitroft were in office, you kept intervening, which is the EXACT reason for us invading it and instating the TKR in the first place.

I kept intervening because you were trying to make it some authoritarian dictatorship... and closing off absurdly long highway tunnels.
