That wouldn't work because the hijacker has the password.
If you changed your password because someone else has it, and they said the password of old, they would get the account, and people would wonder why their passwords are changing. (so many commas...)
Now what I don't understand about this thread is that when you try to log on to steam you get a 5 character key sent to your email, so he'd have to be on a computer you've logged in on or have your email account too.
You've also said he changed the email that steam uses to contact. That probably also requires email verification from the old email... and if he used "I forgot my email" or something, (is this possible?) then it seems theres a lack of due process here.
Any corrections needed here?

you can still get it back using the original credit card or receipt+cd key from one of your associated games.

well he has my email hacked so i cant so much of the sort and im probably one of those casses tht never get it back or solved

you can get your email account back in similar ways. you can also just use a different email account and contact steam.

mkay this sorta stuff happens to thousands and im getting asked how i manage to get hijacked... its called they syncronise alot of information (illegal) then they piece it all together
