!physics <prop_physics or dynamic> ::: spawns an item as a physic item
!del ::: deletes the prop you are looking at
!del all ::: deletes all of your spawns (roughly)

!freeze ::: freezes a prop in place

!r ::: rotates a prop 15 degrees
!r <degree> ::: rotates a prop x degrees
+rotate ::: used in console, rotates a prop with your mouse, useful if bound (-rotate deactivates this)
!color <rgb> or <color name> ::: to color props
!nc ::: nocollides the prop you are looking at
!ncoff ::: undoes this
!nobreak ::: makes a breakable physics object unbreakable
!convert ::: makes a dynamic prop a physic
!wheel ::: spawns a working wheel at crosshairs

I tried it out the other day, it's great, the rotate mouse bind is sick i dunno how he got something like that in there. some spawns don't work but it's great overall.
